There are nearly half a million book depository, the periodicals collection of more than 900 items, EBSCO and Omega databases, and other electronic resources at our readers’ disposal.
We offer free and open access to:
- Complete information on documentary resources of the library;
- Consultative help in searching and choosing information sources;
- Printed and electronic documents' use (Reading rooms and Loan Dep.);
- Order of necessary documents, not available at the library (ILL);
- Searching items in electronic database IRBIS on demand of visitors;
- English-Speaking and Movie Clubs (Foreign Literature Dep.);
- Mass arrangements:book presentations, reviews and different events celebration.

At your disposal the system of branch reading rooms and Loan Department of our library.
Library service is realized in the presence of reader’s card.
Annually, from the 1st of January, there is a library re-registration.
One-time registration payment (membership fee per year) is 10 Hr
A second copy of registration documents is 5 Hr
Valid for one-time use only reader’s registration is 1 Hr
You can use the library resources:
Every day: from 10 a.m. till 7 p.m.
0n Sundays: from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m.
We closed on Saturdays.
The last Thursday of month is a sanitary day.
